Palm Court Cold Foam is an iced coffee drink made with First Bloom vanilla syrup, cold brew and heavy cream. It takes about 5 minutes and makes one drink in a 16 oz glass.

Vanilla cream foam on cold brew. The syrup goes in the foam, not the coffee, so the first sip is sweet and the last is strong.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- Cold brew10 oz
- Heavy cream1½ oz
- 2% milk1 oz
- First Bloom · Vanilla Syrup½ oz2 pumps
How to make it
- Fill a 16 oz glass with ice and cold brew.
- Froth the cream, milk and First Bloom until thick but pourable.
- Spoon the foam over the top.
