Late Bloom, cold soda and a float of cream. It tastes like a cream soda that went to a better school.

Contains: tree nuts (macadamia).

Ingredients

How to make it

  1. Pump Late Bloom into a highball and add ice.
  2. Top with soda and stir once.
  3. Float the cream over the back of a spoon.

Draft spec. Syrup doses are confirmed after the Oct 16 kitchen test.

Tips and swaps

  • Swap the syrup: First Bloom · Vanilla Syrup — real vanilla, flecks and all. Warm, round, and strong enough to taste through a 16 oz latte.
  • Swap the syrup: Low Lamp · Brown Sugar Syrup — real dark brown sugar, cooked slow. No cinnamon, no flavorings, just the caramel depth cold brew wants.
