A shaken espresso with Low Lamp. Shaking hot espresso with ice and brown sugar gives it a thick, caramel-colored foam.
How to make it

| Low Lamp · Brown Sugar Syrup | ½ oz2 pumps |
| Espresso, double shot | 2 oz |
| Oat milk | 4 oz |
| Ice | to fill |
Method
- Add Low Lamp and the hot espresso to a shaker with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 seconds.
- Pour everything into a 16 oz glass.
- Top with oat milk.
